In Indonesia it's almost impossible to order new books, here you order a copy from a book you like from your friends or found in the library. I just received mine, ordered at Kunci. You can order it in any way, with or without color, hardcover or softcover, with or without metal corners, with or without ribbon, with or without headband etc. Mine are plane and cut together.
